Ooni Fyra 12 is an ultra-portable pellet-fuelled pizza oven you can take anywhere. Fyra 12 tops 500°C in less than 20 minutes and bakes delicious Neapolitan-style pizza in 60 seconds. The package includes the Ooni Fyra 12 pizza oven body with folding legs, oven door, fuel hopper, fuel tray, flame keeper, and cordierite stone baking board, as well as a detachable two-part stainless steel chimney and a chimney cover that doubles as a pellet scoop.
To cook with wood pellets, you need to light a fire, remove the chimney cap, fill the fuel grate with pellets, and light them with a natural firestarter. Slide the fuel tray into your Fyra 12, keep an eye on the flames via the viewing hole, and let the heat build in the oven. Gradually fill the hopper with pellets and top it up regularly to keep the fire rolling. Control the airflow by adjusting the integrated baffle in the chimney to cook efficiently and consistently.
